I'm Nicolle Merrill
I'm your workforce strategy and development partner. Since 2023, I've taught 45,000+ professionals across 13 countries to work with AI, helped companies define emerging AI roles, coached teams through AI product development, and guided organizations through AI transformation.
Across that work, I kept seeing the same pattern: employees learn AI skills, experiment with the tools, and then the organization struggles to turn that learning into meaningful change.
The missing layer is management. Managers are the ones translating AI strategy into how work actually gets done. They’re expected to drive adoption, rethink workflows, set expectations, manage quality, and help employees navigate change, often without a clear playbook.
That’s why I created Managing AI Lab. It gives managers the practical frameworks, tools, and support to lead AI-enabled teams and turn employee AI skills into real changes in how the organization works.
